Course Description: This course is offered to all students who have successfully completed Culinary Arts 1 and are interested in learning more in the field of Culinary Arts. This course elaborates on the techniques, theory and practice skills of preparing foods from around the world. This course allows students to examine the influence of geography, climate, religion, culture, agriculture, and available natural resources of countries around the world. Students will use practical application of international cooking techniques in a collaborative kitchen environment.
